The Stand is either a larger Bogen or one of my Video Stands that I got a long time ago and cannot remember who they were made by. Very heavy and steel and chrome. Yes, the boom is also a Bogen and I use clamps at the bottom to help the shower curtain hang &#039;flat&#039;.</description>
