I really liked the look of this outfit on Lynne. Of course she would look great in a bag… hmmm… I’ll mention it to her. Anyway, the light setup is a basic one consisting of a main light softbox and a backlight umbrella. This is a quick-set lighting scheme and can be used for lots of different subjects. Use quick-sets for shoots where you don’t have the time or the need to go into your bag of tricks. It is elegant light, and it serves the purpose fine when it is used. Umbrella on a boom gave me some light on the white background. It was angled away from Lynne so the light would not spill on her. I set my background lights with main light off so I can see the effect. The fill is moderate to show shape, and is created by the small V-card set at about 3.5 feet. In this case I turned the softbox slightly toward Lynne to get a bit more highlight on the fur. Click here for movie.
